Q: Is Corvus Licenses, Bonded and Insured?
A: Yes, Corvus and all its personnel are entirely insured, bonded and licensed. Moreover, Corvus runs criminal background and immigration screens on all personnel.

Q: How long has Corvus been in business?
A: Corvus and its affiliates have been in the janitorial services industry for nearly seven years. Senior management has accumulated nearly four decades of experience in the business.

Q: What types of training do Corvus janitorial teams go through prior to servicing customer accounts?
A: Corvus puts all janitorial and operations personnel through 20 hours of class room training and 20 hours of “hands-on” experiential training. Additionally, as personnel move up in seniority and in experience level, Corvus will provide on-going training in areas like emergency management, specialty clean up, higher level OSHA training, clean room training and other esoteric forms of cleaning.

Q: If I have a service issue, who do I call?
A: Corvus employs a triple layer methodology of ensuring quality control. At its most basic level, customers may call their account representative; the individual who submitted the initial proposal – a unique feature of the Corvus system. Customers may also phone the actual janitorial supervisor or contact our quality control hot line.

Q: Besides basic janitorial, what other services does Corvus provide?
A: Corvus serves as a “total facility solutions” provider for many customers. As such, Corvus offers, hard floor care, carpet cleaning, restoration and impact cleans, window washing, power washing, “day porting” service, and select building maintenance service.

Q: Does Corvus subcontract its work to other companies?
A: No.

Q: Are there other fees like taxes or insurance associated with a Corvus quote?
A: No, the cost you are quoted is the cost you will pay. Corvus handles all tax, fee, and insurance costs associated with the employment of janitorial providers.
