For instance, many facility managers start their day early, often before the sun rises. In such cases, should the client wish, Corvus senior management will make themselves available, regardless of the time, to perform an inspection or meet with the client.
Importantly, Corvus sales people do not "hand off" the customer relationship to a field representative or operations agent after earning client business, differing from the industry standard. Clients deal with the same management-level representative throughout the course of the entire relationship. This single-point-of-contact management process ensures accurate flows of communication throughout our entire team.
